Do I need an iPod to listen to the podcast?
No. Podcasts can be listened to using any portable player—such as a mobile phone—that supports MP3 format audio files. Simply click on a 'Download audio file' link and save the file to your computer; you can then transfer it to your chosen device later using a USB cable or Bluetooth.
What is the easiest way to get the podcast onto my iPod?
The simplest way is to subscribe to the Ardess podcast using iTunes. Launch iTunes, find the 'Subscribe to Podcast' option under the 'Advanced' menu and supply the following URL:

Download the podcast then just sync your iPod with iTunes and you're good to go.
