Ardess Parish goes to Kesh Carnival
25 August 2007Kate Osborne and her team organised ‘Paint-a-Plate’ on Kesh Main Street on Tuesday 14th August, as part of Kesh Carnival.
It was a very successful five-hour marathon painting session which saw over one hundred budding artists of all ages have a go at painting ceramic plates, bowls, cups…and hands & faces!
With locals, visitors and holidaymakers crammed into The Old Courthouse it was small wonder that by five o’clock supplies of blank plates and bowls were beginning to run out.
Everyone got to take away their own creation for firing in the oven back home.
Well done to all who helped out!
