Like last year we’ve had a terrific response to Summer Madness 2010 and have secured tickets for a group of forty-five to travel to Belfast from 2nd to 6th July!
The ticket balance is now due and we are asking that the medical/consent form is completed and returned together with the final payment by 14 Feb 2010.
Paperwork and payment—either cash or cheque made payable to ‘Ardess Parish Church’—should be sent to Reverend Henry Blair or Rosemary Frazer (via the church or Fountain if you wish). In June we will be asking for a contribution towards the cost of transport and providing meals at the camp.
A brief 30-minute meeting will be held in June in Ardess Parish Centre, when there will be an opportunity to hear details of arrangements, what equipment to bring and the rules and expectations which apply to the group.
Please note that during Summer Madness 2010 photographs, digital images and video may be taken by the SM organisation as well as by the Ardess group. Any parent/guardian who does not wish an image of their teenager to be used, must notify us and include a clearly named photo of their teenager with the consent form.
